Product quality and customer satisfaction - Everything we do is highly visible and affects students, teachers, and communities so that our training does what we promise. Long-term customer satisfaction, primarily from both the education and business community, is critical to success.

The right management team - We need strong foundations in education and curriculum development, management, finance, public relations and partnership building.

The E.N.G.A.G.E. program needs to develop a strong financial base of support with investments from both governmental and private sectors.

Marketing and partnership building - We need to make use of our networks and contacts, primarily through our education and industry partners, to tell the E.N.G.A.G.E. story. We also need to organize this network to become a platform for moving the education community into a true partnership with Potters Computer Center.

E.N.G.A.G.E. is a technical educational program of Potter's Computers Center based in Columbia, South Carolina. The Center's Mission is to educate the public, especially youths, about the tremendous opportunities there are in the community and the world. We seek to inspire and motivate citizens toward service to their communities. Our nation on a Federal and State level must get E.N.G.A.G.E. with our youth to help them make better choices which will also assure the health of our nations industry which is critical to sustaining America's technology edge in the world.
